I worked this wedding at the Barnes Place, as a second photographer for a dear friend Aundrea Eilers. I recently counted how many weddings I’ve done in my career thus far. I am sitting at 141 weddings photographed! Even after all of those, I love second shooting. It is my time to feel creative, without the pressure of the lead. I get to spend time with some of my favorite vendors and people that I call friends. As a Des Moines photographer, or any photographer, it is important to keep that creativity. That love for this type of work to decrease burn out. So enjoy looking through these from my work as a second photographer that weekend. It was seriously a lot of fun and I enjoy every time I get to work with Aundrea.
